Refund & Exchange Policy

• We allow you to open the package and inspect your item before the courier leaves. If you choose not to keep the order, only the shipping fees will be charged.

• Once the courier leaves, returns and refunds are not accepted.

• Exchanges are only accepted in cases of a manufacturing defect. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging and price tag.

• Any exchange request due to a manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the issue.

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
